Cover Wars: Nil vs. Love Letters To The Dead

Cover Wars is a weekly showdown of two beautiful covers. The winner, as voted by you, goes on to face a new cover, and wins bragging rights. This is basically a fun way to discuss what we like in covers.

Lover Letters was almost dethroned last week but it's fans kept it seated. As always, it's back to face a new competitor. This week it's Nil by Lynne Matson.

Nil has one of those covers that are not only appealing but also relates to the story. Right of the bat one can tell that Nil is a deserted island survival story. The bright contrasting aqua of the water and the yellow of the horizon is a nice eye catcher and the ticks add an element of mystery and intrigue.

So, which'll it be?

Which cover should win Cover Wars?

    1. I think that's the best way to describe it. There are so many books of similar theme but I haven't seen many with a cover like this one.
