Well, this was easy. I've been missing out on a lot of good books and this summer I hope to get to all of them. I did only list 8 just because I couldn't remember them all and I don't want to freak myself out too much as I am quite busy watching supernatural... (

YOU ARE A SUPERNATURAL FAN???!! *flails with you* what season are you on? I love them all so much and those Winchesters are always breaking my heart. :')
ReplyDeleteAHEM. But books. *nods*
I really want to read Wrath and the Dawn!! It's one of my most top anticipated books for this year!! I hope you like Red Rising...it's so incredible and intense and kind of scary at times. Darrow is adorable and a little bit scary. XD
AM I HUMAN!?? Jk. I'm actually new to the fandom and so blessed to have 10 and more seasons to catch up on. (Hail to amazing P.E. for the introduction). I'm currently on season 2, almost done and ahh Dean and Sam = soo cute, so cute!
DeleteWrath and Dawn has been gathering quite a following so I'm also really excited to see what's up. P.E. has been pushing Red Rising for years and I have a personal copy so hopefully I'll get around to it soon.

I cannot wait to read 'The Wrath and the Dawn' it sounds fantastic! 'An Ember in the Ashes' is brutal and brilliant, and one of the best books I've read this year. Also anyone who puts an Outlander book on their list wins as far as I'm concerned :D I'm only on Dragonfly in Amber at the moment, but I love the series!

I didn't hear much about An Ember in the Ashes pre-release but recently its been quite popular and the synopsis sounds epic!
DeleteYes for OUTLANDER!! <3 I adored Dragonfly in Amber. This series is going to tare you apart in case you were wondering ;)

First off, thank you for the Supernatural GIF :)
ReplyDeleteNow onto the books! Red rising is awesome!! I hope you love it. Crimson Bound was alright (I liked her first book better). Anne Blankman's books are on my tbr, along with An Ember in the Ashes. Diana Gabaldon's books are also there but I need to finish up a few other series' before I get going on her books I think. Happy Reading!

I love finishing posts and seeing Supernatural, it makes me smile. So I'm happy that you liked it.
DeleteIf you are interested in WW2 I really recommend Anne Blankman, I've never read a more vivid and interesting portrayal of how the events leading to WW2 and Hitler might have looked to a Nazi. Trust me, once you dive into Outlander you'll never want to leave. But you can probably sneak more books in between :)
